Our managed services have been audited several times by PASSI and ANSSI and our team supports you with a Secure Assurance Plan (SAP) dedicated to your project.

The SecNumCloud qualification from ANSSI (French Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information) is aimed at data hosting companies providing cloud services and recognizes their ability to achieve a high level of security.

Scalingo is currently ISO 27001 and HDS (Health Data Host) certified, but not SecNumCloud certified yet.

SecNumCloud qualification is an ongoing project (more information can be found in the blog post on strategy and security at Scalingo and in HDS and ISO 27001 announcement. Our goal is to provide the Scalingo experience in a SecNumCloud environment.

In the meantime, Scalingo is already offering to host your data in the "osc-secnum-fr1" region, which is based on a SecNumCloud-certified infrastructure provided by Outscale.

Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) is an additional support service offered by Scalingo for strategic projects, guaranteeing:

- Incident management and resolution by an expert DevOps team, with a team on call 24/7 to ensure continuity of your services.

- On-call and monitoring of your applications, crisis management, continuous improvement plans, with the added benefit of a controlled budget and transparent pricing within a secure framework.
